Our owner George Kalivas, with over 40 year of experience enchanting restaurant goers with high quality food and superior service, has brought in Executive Chef Ricky De Guzman to delight our customers.  To deliver cuisine you will truly admire and savor,  Chef Ricky offers a unique background combining his Asian heritage, his French Culinary Institute training, and his work in distinguished American eclectic and Asian fusion restaurants in NY, NJ and abroad.
